* What if I'd like you to change some pictures around from the sample you've shown me
before it's printed. How much extra is that?
Your satisfaction is our main priority and we are proud to offer this at no extra
cost.
* I have a number of pictures that have some scratches and a few spots on them. One
is torn on the edge. It's a photo of my father in the Navy and I really wanted to use it. Can you fix it and how much more will that cost?
It is absolutely our pleasure to fix photos to be included in your collage. We
enjoy the challenge and that's why we offer this service at no extra cost.
* I have a specific photo that is my favorite picture of my husband. He's actually smiling!
The problem is he's standing with his buddies and the collage is going to be of just us and the kids. Can you remove his friends
from the shot?
This is a common request and an understandable one. We will clean, adjust, fix, remove, join, move, blend, you name it at no additional cost to you. We will do everything in our ability to make sure your photos are as good as they can be and the way you want them
to be before your collage is printed.
Once the layout and design work is completed, we
will email a low resolution sample for your personal approval before the printing, laminating and drymounting begins.
